4 24-Hour Replacement Warranty Policy

We offer a 24-hour initial check replacement warranty on failed account credentials. To qualify for a replacement or wallet refund:

The credentials must fail on initial login check prior to changing original passwords or recovery details.
You must file a support ticket containing the exact Order ID within 24 hours of purchase.
Accounts locked due to user IP flags, proxy blacklists, or post-login policy violations do not qualify.

5 Virtual OTP & SMS Verification Rentals

Virtual numbers allocated for temporary OTP activations are single-use parameters. The SMS payload is displayed on your panel upon arrival. If an active number fails to receive a verification code within the 5-minute activation window, automatically cancels the request and refunds the exact fee back to your wallet balance.

6 Social Media Boosting & Engagement Terms

When ordering social boosting (followers, likes, views, channel members):

Target social media profiles must remain Public during order execution. Private accounts will cause order failure without refund eligibility.
Users must ensure target URLs are correctly formatted before submitting orders.
Refill windows (if applicable to specific non-drop services) are valid for the designated duration stated on the service card.

8 Developer API Usage & Automated Requests

API access keys provided in user accounts are intended for legitimate programmatic integration. Excessive server flooding, malicious rate-limit exploitation, or reverse-engineering of endpoints will lead to immediate API key revocation and permanent account suspension.

9 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Zero-Tolerance

Users are prohibited from using infrastructure for fraudulent activities, illegal spamming, phishing campaign distribution, or fraudulent chargeback attempts. Any user initiating fraudulent bank disputes after successful digital delivery will have their profile permanently banned, and their details reported to fraud monitoring registries.

10 Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Platform Policies

We are not liable for subsequent third-party platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or account suspensions occurring after initial successful delivery.
